- ETI452: Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace: This course trains students in ethical dilemmas related to gender diversity in companies.
- STR445: Human Resources, Mobility, and Diversity in Companies: This course focuses on strategy and the understanding of the drivers of firm performance, particularly human capital and (gender) diversity. It covers economic principles (labour demand, labour supply, human capital, discriminatory behaviour in labour markets) applied to selected topical issues related to human capital, mobility and gender diversity.
